Health Equity Program Coordinator, Full-time
The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about improving health equity in Ketchikan, in particular for the Filipino community. The Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing activities associated with the grant, including general oversight for coalition activities and associated projects; grant management and reporting, evaluation activities, community development and engagement, and supporting health systems change. This position offers a great opportunity to work toward positive change that will impact the policies and systems surrounding health in the community. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, community organizing experience, and a passion for social and racial justice. Fluency in Tagalog or other Filipino dialect is an asset, but not required.
