The State Health Improvement Plan, Healthy Alaskans 2030, is led jointly by the State of Alaska and the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. The Healthy Alaskans framework includes health priorities with targets for improvement based on the latest scientific evidence and input from Alaskan communities and experts across the state. The HA2030 health priorities or leading health indicators (LHIs) will be tracked annually to assess improvement, insure health equity, and advance wellness for all Alaskans. During this plenary session presenters will provide a summary of how the state performed on the Healthy Alaskans 2020 health priorities, celebrate our successes, and publicly announce the new set of LHIs for Healthy Alaskans 2030.
