Mini-Grant Request for Proposals

Healthiest Nation 2030: Let’s make America 

the healthiest nation in one generation.

The Alaska Public Health Association has a total of $1000 to award for two public health/health promotion activities during National Public Health Week, April 4-10, 2016. Up to $500 will be awarded to each of two successful applicants. Grant activities can include community based health promotion activities and other gatherings to raise awareness of the important role of public health in improving health in America.

The primary applicant must be a member of the Alaska Public Health Association (current membership dues paid). The funding can be received by an organization or the individual.  Applications must be e-mailed to the Alaska Public Health Association no later than February 6, 2016. Funds will be awarded by March 1, 2016.
