The Alaska Public Health Association provides opportunities to make financial contributions to ALPHA beyond annual dues contributions. The donations are tax deductible and will be used to further ALPHA’s mission of improving the public’s health. The donations are used to:
- provide scholarships for members to attend the Alaska Health Summit;
- provide mini-grants to communities for public health activities;
- to support advocacy; and
- further ALPHA’s mission.
Click on the “Donate” button to make a donation to ALPHA using a credit card or Paypal account. Alaska Public Health uses Paypal to process our credit card payments. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card. Donations made to ALPHA will be displayed as “PAYPAL *ALPHA” on your credit card statement.
Donate a portion of your Permanent Fund Dividend to support ALPHA.
ALPHA works to advance public health and increase coordination and collaboration across public health entities. Managed by a volunteer board made up of public health professionals, ALPHA provides information to members and others through a website, a Facebook page and a newsletter. Funds raised through Pick.Click.Give. will support community mini-grant, the Alaska Health Summit, and Public Health Week activities.
